Putting Lessons
Many coaches appear to over complicate putting – players really don’t need masses of data and technology confusing them even more, usually all they require is a clear breakdown of where they are and what to do to improve.
My coaching style has evolved over the years as my experience has provided me with the knowledge and information needed to truly understand “the game within the game”.
I have carried out thousands of hours of research into 6 key areas, all of which link together to create the best version of you as a player:
- Green Reading
- Speed / Distance Control
- Start line skills
- Set up and structure – what works for you
- Consistency of performance
- The Stats that matter

Putting Technique
2 hour lessons fly by as you learn what changes are needed to improve your game and then you’re introduced to the drills to help you make the changes necessary.
You can choose what area you would like to focus on e.g. aim, posture, structure, tempo, start line or distance control.
Alternatively we can structure a session around a couple of these areas or look at developing a structured practice session. I’m happy to discuss this with you and tailor the session around your individual needs.
Consistency of Performance
The putt is simply the outcome of the process that goes before it.
Therefore, if your process is inconsistent (or non existent!) you shouldn’t be surprised to get an inconsistent outcome.
Learn how to develop a process that keeps your focus and attention on the task in hand, that is useful and serves a purpose. It needs to be short and easy to remember yet still tick the all the key boxes to give you the best chance over every putt.
Learn how to score your own consistency and performance to lower your scores on the course.
