A joint hosted golf day with Chris Hanson, performance coach, and Mark Bentley (AimPoint Coach) bringing together thirty-two friends and clients for a day of friendly competition. Lots of laughs guaranteed with prizes to be won.

Worksop is a great course and hosted the 2022 English Amateur Championship.

The Course

The club is situated on the outskirts of Worksop, within the boundary of the National Trust’s Clumber Park and Sherwood Forest. The course measures 6,628 yards, par 72 for men and 5,928 yards, par 74 for ladies and is an excellent test of golf for any level of golfer.

The superb natural sand and gravel subsoils for which Worksop is renowned allow golf to be played for 52 weeks a year on lovely, fast-running fairways and tricky greens in a mature woodland setting.

Chris Hanson

Chris specialises in performance coaching and the short game.

Working with Chris, you’ll learn how to improve chipping, pitching and bunker pay as well as how to control trajectory, improve your shot selection & lower your scores.

Mark Bentley

Mark is one of the UK’s most popular and well known putting coaches and AimPoint green reading instructors.

He has worked with golfers of all abilities through to DP World Tour Winners.

Once you understand AimPoint you’ll be able to read greens quickly and effectively in exactly the same way as the majority of players on PGA Tour.

Met Mark for the first time yesterday. First thing to say is that he came across a real gentleman and a good guy. As a beginner golfer and not been playing a year, I was made to feel very relaxed. The coaching was excellent and I left with a whatsapp summary video of the things I need to focus on. I also wanted a new putter, but Mark advised against it at this moment, showing me he wants what’s best for his client rather than his sales sheet. Would highly recommend.
